Administrator

In Situ has created one new position for an administrator to support the growing needs of our team

The primary duties in this role will involve:

- Provide administrative support to In Situ's Management Team
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly stored
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, client follow-ups, and expense tracking

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
