The **Efficiency Specialist, Homewarmin**g, will serve as a point person for our Delivery Agents and program participants, reporting on technical data and updating key program processes and forms. This multi-faceted position includes leading a variety of tasks using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in support of report preparation, proposal preparation, and data management. A high degree of attention to detail and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products are required for this position.
**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:
- Meet the HW team.
- Read and understand the Program Manual.
- Get familiar with the general processes and how the program operates.
- Have introductions to other functional areas of the business and how they interact with HomeWarming
- Meet with individual HW team members, and get familiar with their roles and how it interacts with yours.
**In the first month, expect to**:
- Meet various HW program partners and Delivery Agents
- Become familiar with the program's targets, goals, and overall objectives.
- Become familiar with the programs process flow
- Learn how to navigate and use the program's project tracking/management tools.
- Begin reporting metrics, distributing client leads to contractors, and preparing program reports and updates with support.
- Meet other team members within ENS that you will work closely with and understand how you will collaborate.
**In the first three months, expect to**:
- Become familiar with in-depth program specifics.
- Have written and managed various reporting and invoice approvals
- Be able to manage and navigate program tracking information and management tools and prepare program metric updates and reports without assistance.
- Manage relationships, fulfill information requests, and troubleshoot concerns of program partners, stakeholders, and relevant internal staff.
