**Position**:
The** Efficiency Specialist**,** **Efficient Product Installation,** will be tasked with several administrative, customer service, and analytical duties while supporting the rest of the team as needed. They must be self-motivated, highly attentive to detail, and have strong organization and communication skills. They will support the Program Manager in all aspects of service delivery while specializing in the oversight of electrician-installed measures to assist the program in achieving its demand response reduction targets.
**A snapshot of what you will be involved with**:
- Working with the Program Manager to develop and adjust various elements of service delivery as needed, such as the customer journey, eligible measures, participant eligibility criteria, incentive structure, customer-facing materials, and the scope of work of contracted Delivery Partners.
- Reviewing and processing completed project data and invoices from Delivery Partners.
- Helping to maintain a detailed database of participant information, including participant contact information, energy savings, details of activities, and associated costs.
- Working with teammates, Delivery Partners, and customers to troubleshoot concerns.
- Helping to maintain program documents, including program process procedures and Delivery Partner guidelines.
- Supporting the Program Manager with reporting and forecasting duties.
- Supporting the Program Manager with special projects by participating in brainstorming discussions, analyzing data, and preparing reports as requested.
- Working with the Program Manager to implement annual program evaluation recommendations.
- Leading Delivery Partner meeting discussions as they relate to core duties.
- Performing ad hoc research to support program improvements and keep the team informed about program delivery trends.
- Performing periodic site visits to customer homes with Delivery Partners and the Verifier.
- Other duties as required relative to overall program deliverables.
**What Will Help You Succeed?**
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion to continue to develop and grow
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value and drive the business
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and have
- Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independently or within a team
- Valid driver’s license (site visits)
**What to expect in your first several weeks on the job**:
**In the first week, expect to**:
- Job shadows the Program Manager to learn about your job responsibilities, recent program targets and trends, and team goals.
- Job shadow other teammates to learn about their roles and responsibilities.
- Read program materials to familiarize yourself with Efficiency Product Installation and our tools and processes.
- Start performing core duties.
**In the first month, expect to**:
- Perform core duties with limited support.
- Take on projects with support from your teammates.
- Meet our Delivery Partners.
- Continue to learn more about Efficiency Product Installation’s tools and processes.
**In the first three months, expect to**:
- Perform core duties independently.
- Support teammates by working through customer and Delivery Partner questions and concerns.
- Establish a performance and development plan with your manager.
