As the Coordinator, Administrative Services you will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative duties for Government Relations. Primary duties include:

- Provide administrative support including calendar management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of meeting materials.
- Attend and record minutes at divisional meetings.
- Lead a team of administrative professionals including recruitment and selection, training, assignment of work, employee development and performance management.
- Research, develop, and implement administrative policies, processes, and procedures including the regular review and update of existing protocols.
- Coordinate with Facility Management on space issues for the business unit.
- Act as Business Unit Records Coordinator (BURC) for Government Relations.

**Qualifications**
- A completed 2 year Diploma in Business Administration or a related field with at least 4 years of related progressive experience is required.
- Previous supervisory experience and proficiency in Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Content Server and Microsoft Access will be considered assets.
- Working knowledge of The City's organizational structure, corporate processes and policies will also be considered an asset.
- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse audiences and work as an effective team member.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, planning and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment, and problem solving abilities.

Compensation: Level C $67,647 - $100,837 per annum (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works part time hours, 3 days per week or 22.5 hours per week.

Hours of work: Non-Standard 22.5 hour work week.
