Position: Full-Time Administrative Coordinator

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and assist in administrative tasks to facilitate efficient and productive store operations
- Manage payroll, shipments, inventory, supplies, deficiencies, and other various admin tasks
- Support with team scheduling, planning, and coordinate appointments & meetings
- Assist with basic marketing support, including social media or promotional materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and delegate tasks accordingly
- Support sales team with administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Genuine Design’s core values

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to speak clearly and write in English professionally, other languages are an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while managing time efficiently
- Ability to communicate confidently & professionally with customers (B2C) and businesses (B2B)
- Previous experience in administrative support (2+ years)
- Familiarity with fashion industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be tach savy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) (Shopify an asset)
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education and designations are strong assets
- Weekend and weekday availability
