**(35 hours/week)**

KGC is a non-profit organization celebrating over 50 years in business We offer the community a complete range of gymnastics and cheerleading programs and fun events. At KGC we provide a fully inclusive environment for our members where we focus on fun, fitness and fundamentals through excellent coaching and individual attention. KGC provides a safe and caring environment, while offering challenges and opportunities to develop confidence and wellbeing for all individuals. We are currently preparing to expand to a brand new 12,000 sq ft facility later this year

This is a 35 hour/week position Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm. Reporting to the General
Manager, this position works closely with our leadership team including our Head Coach, Rec Director, and Cheer Director.

Duties include:

- Processing online registrations via Jackrabbit software
- Organizing, inputting, and managing competitive program accounts
- Volunteer organization and management of hours
- Fundraising organizational support and reporting summaries
- Social media/Marketing - content creation, general inquiry responses, promotion of programs & events
- Website management and updating as needed
- Building, maintenance, and supplier management and ordering
- General cleaning duties, management, and delegation of cleaning schedule
- Gymnastics Ontario Systems Management via Uplifter software
- Payment collection and database input for daytime drop-in classes
- Online and in-person tuck shop store management, order fulfillment
- Class management - contacting waitlists, processing withdrawals
- Assist in organizing and attend special events as needed (Halloween Howl, Kawartha Karnival, KGC Swingin’ Safari Meet, etc.)
- Attend staff meetings as required

Skills Required:

- Administrative experience preferred (1-2 years).
- Proven social media & marketing experience in growing a brand and managing platforms (Facebook, IG, Twitter, TikTok)
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Jackrabbit and Uplifter an asset.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to take initiative on tasks and work unsupervised
- Background or knowledge of gymnastics is ideal but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
