**Administrative Assistant - Small Architectural Design Firm**
We’re a small, busy, and growing architectural design firm looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and friendly **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. If you’re someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys variety in your workday, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make sure everything runs smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
**What you’ll do**:
- Keep our office tidy and organized (including light cleaning and upkeep)
- Organize project files (digital and physical) for easy access
- Track project schedules and deadlines to keep things on time
- Answer phones and direct calls professionally
- Draft and send client contracts
- Keep office supplies stocked and equipment running smoothly
- Pick up coffee or run occasional errands for the team
- Pitch in with whatever else helps the office run like clockwork
**What we’re looking for**:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for errands
**Bonus points for**:
- Experience with administrative tasks in construction, architecture, or design
**Details**:
- **Hours**: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
- **Location**: Peterborough (in-person role)

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
