**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using **QuickBooks**.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and supplier statements.
- Prepare financial reports as requested by management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure accurate job costing and project tracking.
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Bookkeeper**, **Accounting Clerk**, or similar role.
- Proficiency in **QuickBooks** is **required**.
- Experience with **JobBOSS** or similar manufacturing/ERP software is **an asset**.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $16.55-$28.34 per hour
