Office Assistant Administrator

**We're looking for an Office Assistant Administrator to join our team in Montreal**
**The Position**:
As the Office Assistant Administrator, you will be part of a cross-functional team of software developers, scientists, product, project and marketing managers dedicated to the commercialization of a high quality GNSS Software Simulator, sold throughout the globe.
This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to details and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results and improve current and future operational processes.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Organize office activities and support team members.
- Monitor level of office supplies, handle shortages and manage supply inventory.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure corporate compliance with established HR policies.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Fulfill and coordinate sales order entry and production with partners and customers.
- Ensure software licenses production and delivery to meet customers’ expectations.
- Perform data entry, maintain, and organize important and confidential documentation.
- Create and update business records to ensure data accuracy and validity of information.
- Take customers calls and deliver messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners.
**What you Bring to Orolia**:
- 5+ years’ experience effectively utilizing business systems such as ERP's - we use SAP.
- College degree in business administration, or equivalent job experience.
- Comfortable in the use of MS Office, Salesforce, and Quality Management Systems.
- Strong experience with utilizing ERP's in Order Processing and Services.
- You are fluent in French and English, written as well as spoken.
- You use critical thinking when making decisions independently.
- You have a good eye for detail, so nothing falls through the cracks.
- You show an ability to lead by example while solving complex issues.
- You are comfortable working with a variety of global professionals in office settings and have fun while doing it
