We are actively looking to hire a responsible, hardworking person for an Office Administrator position for our Montreal Office. Duties will include assisting in daily office tasks, managing our company’s general administrative activities but limited to providing support to our current team & manager. We are looking for a long term commitment. This is a part time position & it would become a permanent full time role in future based on performance. We provide paid training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Other duties as required Requirements - Proven 1-2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a office setting - Excellent written and verbal communication skills & eager to learn & grow within. - Basic to intermediate knowledge on social media marketing - Attention to detail and problem solving skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work & come to work on time. - High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Job Types: Casual, Permanent, Part-time, Full-time Pay: $15.75 per hour Benefits**:Casual dress** Language Requirement**:French required Schedule**: 8 hour shift **Day shift Supplemental Pay**: Bonus pay **Overtime pay Work Location: In person**
