& QUALIFICATIONS

Our team is currently seeking a part-time, Payroll & Benefits Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB.

**REQUIREMENTS / RESPONSIBILITIES**

**- **Prepares and processes both Canadian and US semi-monthly payroll and associated information.
- Administers and maintains company benefits program.
- Experience/knowledge of US State payroll taxes through defined payroll systems.
- Submit provincial and state WCB payroll records according to the different provincial and state requirements.
- Prepares, files, and maintains physical or electronic records and documents in required formats.
- Inputs data into a tracking database or system
- May assist with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies.
- Serves as an administrator for several human resources functions and including recruiting, health and safety, benefits, training, payroll, and employee records.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 + years of payroll administration experience
- Bilingual in French an asset
- Payroll Professional Certificate
- Direct Deposit Administration
- Inquiry Research/Response
- Payroll Administration
- Payroll Software (Ceridian software and experience in Deltek Project Management software considered an asset)
- Payroll Tax Reporting in Canada and United States
- Timekeeping/Time Sheets

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $38,349.27-$68,147.03 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
