Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufactures industrial water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies included raw water pretreatment, filtration, ion exchange, demineralization, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants.

The **Supply Chain Coordinator**’s roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and communicating with vendors to ensure all material and documents that are specified in a purchase order are complete and delivered on schedule, working with vendors to develop plans to bring deliveries back on schedule where required, and coordinate with our Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met, while always ensuring that goods arrive at their intended destinations intact, on-time and at appropriate cost to the company.

- Fulfill the Expediting Role in managing the delivery and schedule for Purchase Order Items
- Providing weekly updates to all MIW stakeholders regarding the delivery schedule of Purchase Orders
- Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines.
- Develop contingency plans to account for temporary materials or transportation disruption.
- Communicate with vendors and forwarders to coordinate the timely delivery, shipment, and consolidation of goods.
- Work closely with all internal teams in an open and collaborative way.
- Comply with Company, domestic and international policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Make recommendations and implement changes to lower costs and/or improve quality of service.

**Qualifications, Skills, Competencies**:

- Education in Supply Chain, General Business, or equivalent.
- SCMP designation (or working toward) a strong asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with project schedules and material needs often changing.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expediting, freight and/or traffic experience is preferred
