**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Demand Planning / Supply Chain Analyst. This role is responsible for the financial analysis, forecasting, supply chain analysis, allocations and additional ad-hoc process reviews and analysis to ensure Senior Managers make informed decisions and understand reasons for deviations.

**The Demand Planner in Supply Chain's tasks will include**:
**Collection of data**
- SAP (BI) Data
- Sales Tool
- Inventory Cube
- Order Book
- Report creation and support of Presentation updates regarding Supply chain or Inventory topics

**Reporting**
- Monthly Inventory Monitoring Report (DOH)
- Monthly Inventory Projections
- Monthly Demand Plan (IBP) on Item Level

**Analyze and evaluate**
- Trends & Development
- Variances
- KPI's
- Charts

**Forecasting**
- Monthly Sales and Shipment forecast update at an aggregate level (Main Product group by customer)

**Sales Support**
- Ad hoc support for Sales Representatives & Customer Supply Planners esp. with regards to Inventory and Supply status questions.

**About you**

Do you have:

- Advanced math skills and Excel skills Required
- Supply Chain or Demand Planning in Industry experience required
- 5 years of experience I FP&A / Controlling / Accounting preferred
- Knowledge of the core business processes and financial reporting
- Basic understanding of international commerce
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain
- Knowledge and understanding of margin analysis, KPIs and other performance development tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products: Excel (advance user), Microsoft Word and Power Point
- Special software: Analytic Models: Standard reports via XLCubed plug-in tools and SAP
