- Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand and supply by developing model of customer forecast and sales history together with purchase and receipt data-
- Utilize demand data to decide optimal inventory level, communicate to production and purchasing to minimize working capital and stock out-
- Develop cycle count strategy in line with corporate inventory turn objectives-
- Analyze trend data and investigate root cause of inventory discrepancy and actions to prevent the issues from reoccurring-
- Analyze customer forecast and verify data to align with actual sales number and adjust system accordingly-
- Work with relevant departments to ensure inventory transactions are aligned with company process-
- Perform, enter, post and report on daily inventory counts based on established ABC component classification and count priority system-
- Support organization and execution of physical inventory counts-
- Track approval of manual inventory adjustments and enter approved adjustments into CMS-
- Assist in implementing CI (Continuous Improvement) initiatives-
- Additional tasks as required- Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline-
- Minimum 1 year Manufacturing Inventory or related experience-
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word-
- ERP systems experience-
