Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with OEM vendors, including negotiating contracts, managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products along with device/product launches- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize excess inventory- Process, monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and to manage any issues that arise- Continuously evaluate and improve logistics operations identifying opportunities to optimize processes and system which would lead to reducing operational costs along with improving the customer experience- Prepare reports and presentation for management on OEM and logistics performance, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards of all products- Develop and maintain documentation for supply chain systems including user manuals and standard operating procedures- Resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process, including product defects, shipping delays, etc.- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes to ensure consistently and efficiencies- Coordinate with the customer support teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions of customer complaints related to product or logistics- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and suppliers- Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and align product roadmap- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product and developments is aligned with the product roadmap and specifications- Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure that the customer demand is accurately forecasted and that inventory levels are optimized to meet that demand- Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets and financial forecasts based on demand planning

Academic and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related work experience- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain systems, data analysis or a related field, preferably in the Mobile industry-
- Strong project/vendor management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvements- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions- Must be self-motivated and a quick learner.- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.The position requires working closely with external and internal resources across North America. Flexibility to work in a variety of settings, including 3PL facility, remote environment, and/or traditional office space depending on the needs of the business and team
