We are looking for a full-time **Jr. Process Improvement Analyst** to join our **Analytics** team based in Burlington, ON with a focus on Operations.

**Role Summary**

The Process Improvement Analyst provides analytics to support decision making and drives best practices across the entire Supply Chain. The Process Improvement team values innovation, collaboration, accountability, excellence, trust, and fun. The team has four pillars of focus.
- Reporting (50% of time): Work with large data sets from the AS400, MyBis ERP systems and 3rd party solutions. Build complex reporting tools in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Access.
- Process Improvement (20% of time): Map key supply chain processes and develop/implement improvement plans.
- Data Management (20% of time): Maintain data integrity and keep it safe and secure.
- Project Management (10% of time): Provide PM support to large cross functional projects and initiatives. ROI needs to be measured and reported to the Business.

Jr. Process Improvement Analyst is a hybrid role, which will require 2 to 3 days a week in the office.

**Responsibilities**
- Build queries, extract large datasets from the ERP and analyze them using Excel and Power BI.
- Develop visual and interactive dashboards and scorecards that drive enterprise results.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting to internal customers. Turn repetitive requests into self-service BI tools and train users to utilize them.
- Use data to identify profit opportunities. Develop and present business solutions to all levels of Management. Positively influence and gain acceptance of these recommendations.
- Provide project support to a functional group or business process. Coordinate with team members as required to take projects from original concept through final implementation.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent quantitative field is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products: Access, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL is an asset.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with data retrieval, manipulation and calculation. Attention to detail is an absolute must.
- Ability to interpret data into compelling insights and present to external stakeholders.
- Must have strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the Supply Chain industry is an asset.
- Analysis experience in freight, network engineering, and warehouse flow is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and trial balance information.
- Experience with supply chain modeling software is a plus.
