**Mission Details**:
Based at Burlington, Ontario, this position report directly to the Finance & Operations Manager of Arkema Canada.

**Key Activities and Responsabilities**:
The key activities and responsabilities are:
**Customer Service and Collections**:

- Customer Service Representative for all third-party products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve problems such as supply, pricing issues and complaints.
- Work with the commercial and financial teams to support the business.
- Collections for selected Business Units.

**Supply Chain**:

- Supply Chain Management for Arkema and third-party products.
- Inventory management.
- Manage material demand forecast for third-party products.
- Support the commercial team.
- Ensure and coordinate material setup in SAP.

**Finance**:

- Maintain standard costs in SAP at Canadian plants.
- Responsible for entering pricing in SAP for selected Business Units.
- Inventory account reconciliation.
- Provide support to internal and external audits.

**Required Profile**:

- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain/logistics, inside sales or related functions, preferably with a manufacturing firm with international exposure
- Working knowledge of supply chain processes (ideally in SAP system) including stock transfers, inventory controls and batch management, forecasting and shipping as well as order entry, goods issue, goods receipt, etc.
- Microsoft Office knowledge and ERP experience required (SAP experience preferred)
