**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Record and track records in ERP software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enter and maintain data in the internal database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate reports from the in-house system, extracting and analyzing relevant data.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or office management training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in using ERP software for record-keeping and data entry.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
