**What you can expect in the role**:

- Providing administrative support for technical staff, including correspondence, report/proposal, tender document and payment certificates preparation, mail merges, meeting minutes, agendas, filing, etc.;
- Reception and general office duties (incl. switchboard, maintaining boardrooms, ordering catering, ordering office supplies, coordinating office upkeep, etc.);
- Processing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers;
- Scheduling meetings and interacting with clients and internal staff on behalf of project managers; and
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who we are looking for / What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience with a focus on document production and editing;
- Successful completion of a College Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience;
- Excellent computer skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, 2010 or higher) with demonstrated interest and ability to learn new systems;
- Familiarity with and comfort level working with styles and templates in MS Word;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Effective communication skills (written/verbal);
- Flexibility to work overtime, when required;
- Ability to work in-office: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
