Your Role as a Project Administrator: Choose your own adventure Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Project Administrator, your role will include: Reception duties: Coordinating front-of-house services by greeting visitors at the front desk and directing them to the appropriate personnel. Distributing documents, mail, and courier packages. Monitoring multiple email inboxes and answering the reception telephone line when needed. Monitoring the inventory of office supplies and ordering supplies as necessary. Maintaining the reception area, lunchroom, boardrooms, and print rooms, as required. Assisting in the planning and implementation of office events. Performing administrative tasks, such as maintaining hardcopy and electronic office files, photocopying, and scanning. Assisting in daily administrative operations, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing tasks, scanning/filing, monitoring action items and assisting other administrative staff as required. Project Administration duties: Performing project-related tasks, including organising tender documents, binding reports and proposals. Proofreading documents with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, style, tone, and consistency. Creating, maintaining and updating electronic filing tracking system and records. Quality checking documents to verify completeness and conforms to document standards. Coordinating workflows to ensure that documents and packages are submitted on time prior to the submission due date. Drafting and reviewing documents, including correspondence, proposals, contract admin documents, memoranda, agendas, meeting minutes and reports. Why Join Us?
