**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Monitor security cameras and maintain awareness of the premises for safety purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inquiries regarding services offered by the organization.
- Working alongside Account Supervisor and covering as the acting supervisor when needed.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years Previous experience as a Security Guard receptionist
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and telecommunication systems.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems, law enforcement protocols, loss prevention strategies, or CCTV operation is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Ability to multitask is essential.
