- Process and file lab work and other clinical notes electronically in charts (EMR)
- Assist patients at the reception desk
- Show patients to rooms as needed and notify physicians and technologists of patient arrivals.
- Book, cancel and reschedule appointments.
- Handle multiple phone lines.
- Handle mailings.
- Manage physician requests.
- Correct dictations and fax out letters
- Open and close clinic as needed
- Adhere to Denys Medicine Professional Corporation policies and procedures
- Other duties as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: completion of medical office administration course strongly preferred.
- Experience with multiple phones lines required.

**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of operational activities in a clinic setting
- Knowledge of Windows.
- Knowledge of EMR (Accuro experience is highly preferrable)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
