**As an Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with our team helping to manage their dynamic growing practice
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite in order to prepare and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards and branding
- Participating in development of internal systems and processes
- Have the opportunity to work on projects with others within the Saskatchewan business unit
- Maintaining client database and assist with mail-outs
- Coordinating internal/external meetings, room bookings, meals/catering and events, video conferences
- Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, arranging for couriers, ordering supplies, photocopying, collating, and faxing
- Receive and issue receipts for client payments
- General ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry and typing various documents

- Work experience in a busy professional services environment would be considered an asset; however we are also interested in new team members with other administrative experience that are willing to learn and develop within a supportive team
- Professional, eager to learn and become a strong contributing member to our administrative team
- Strong client-service focus with an approachable/accommodating demeanor
- Ability to consistently maintain composure, utilize sound judgment and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Takes ownership and skilled at working within tight deadlines on multiple projects
- Ability to work for several people at the same time
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Significant work experience demonstrating use of MS Office (particularity Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
- Overtime will be required periodically, particularly during the months of February to May
