**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible to:
- Be the face of the business by greeting and assisting visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working order.
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, filing, and document organizational tasks.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
**ROLE CRITERIA**:
