Growing Real Estate office looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an administrative assistant. A part time position offering 14-21 hours per week to start.
Knowledge of general administrative practices and methods to organize, coordinate and provide and/or arrange administrative support and services.
Ability to multitask and need to have creative mind
Knowledge of the use and operation of smartphones, personal computers and office software.
Strong understanding of social media and creating content.
Marketing experience.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suites.
Experience using Canva or Photoshop, MS Excell, Outlook and Word is a must.
Need own transport. (no public transport connection at location)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-21 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
