Our company offers highly qualified service for pre-sale and after-sale support of Hundegger AG-manufactured machines, covering the entire product line of German-made woodworking CNC machines across Canada. **Position Overview**
The **Administrative Assistant** will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining an organized, professional environment. This part-time position is ideal for someone who values flexibility and thrives in a team environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform data entry and update company databases accurately.
- Perform general accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
- Support various administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service or office administration is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 22 per week
