**This is an in-office position located in NE Airdrie, AB**

**Job Summary**:
The Administrative Assitant will act as a liason to our customer accounts, respond to incoming website inquiries and complete general office administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary contact for our co-packing customers, ensuring prompt, clear communication
- Keep concise account information for each customer. Document all processes for each run to make next production runs more streamlined
- Maintain PO management form for each production run and communicate specific needs to the production team
- Respond to website inquiries from potential new customers and assist with customer onboarding
- Collection and filing of production and shipping/receiving paperwork
- Ordering of supplies for office and production (raw materials, consumables, chemicals, etc)
- Act as alternate for completion of shipping paperwork
- General day-to-day errands

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience with HubSpot is an asset
- Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional workplace etiquette
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of beverage production considered a strong asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Airdrie, AB T4A 2G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
