**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and answering inquiries.
- Handle phone systems effectively, ensuring clear communication and excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the dental office.
- Assist with filing and organizing patient records and other important documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.
**Skills**
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and managing multi-line calls.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with front desk responsibilities in a dental office environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
