**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with clients and staff members.
- Support customer inquiries with prompt and courteous responses, enhancing overall customer experience.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly within a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.95-$24.52 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
