- We’re seeking a People and Culture Manager to provide counsel, develop blueprints, and execute on key people-related programs including recruiting, onboarding, cultural initiatives, engagement and retention, performance management, career development, and employee relations. This a great opportunity to be able to create and implement a wide range of talent management processes and continue to build upon our amazing culture that we’ve worked so hard to create. We have a good foundation in place, but you’ll be entrusted to align our people strategy with our business goals, building upon what we’ve already developed and taking us to the next level.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the development and implementation of talent management processes and initiatives across the organization.
- Recruit top scientific and professional talent into the organization ensuring they align with Aspect's culture and values.
- Support our team; create and expand on HR tools and processes and advise the team on employment laws, benefits options, compensation strategies, immigration, etc.
- Assist in fostering an accountable, high-performance culture and cultivate a commitment to learning, personal, and professional growth.
- Develop our team; be a mentor, business partner, and champion on key aspects of talent management across all levels of the organization and build the next generation of leaders.
- Celebrate our talent management successes and best practices to build internal confidence and showcase our accomplishments.
- Measure the success of people processes; create and maintain KPI and operational metrics for recruiting efficacy, engagement, retention, etc.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Education + Experience**:Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ experience covering a variety of aspects of people operations and HR strategy. Demonstrated experience hiring and building culture at scale ideally in a biotech or high-tech startup environment.
- ** Entrepreneurial Drive**:You have a builder mentality and am willing to dive in and do a lot of things yourself. You have experience working in fast moving dynamic environment.
- **Change Maker**: You are organized and love to create processes and systems that drive efficiency. You have a proven track record in launching and scaling forward-thinking people strategies and initiatives with a company's business objectives top of mind.
- **Master Communicator**:You have consultative skills with the ability to foster strong partnerships, influence without authority, confidently, effectively, and collaboratively across all levels of an organization.
- **Passion for technology**: You are confident using technology to innovate and scale.
