Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for our next People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP). Reporting to the Director, People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner (PCBP) provides strategic and hands-on human resources leadership to E-Comm's Technology and Corporate Services portfolios. This role partners closely with mid-level and senior leaders to support workforce planning, organizational change, and the effective delivery of people strategies aligned with corporate priorit

ies.
