Installation and Service Administrative Coordinator

_**Fire Systems Installation Coordinator**_ - Will join Vancouver Fire and Radius Security to assist our customers with installation related requests for our Fire division. The Fire Systems Installation Coordinator will work with our heads of Fire Alarms and Sprinkler system installations to run the administrative aspect of the projects.
**Core Tasks**:
- Takes quote requests from customers/contractors who are calling in, online requests or from our inspection department that has identified system upgrades that are required.
- Arranges site visits for our trades people, process estimates, generate quotes, maintain regular contact with customers and follow up.
- Takes approved work and expedite the installation to meet our customers’ deadlines.
- Generate purchase order numbers for third party contractors and suppliers.
- Arrange equipment rentals such as aerial lifts for our trades people.
- Assist in pulling electrical and sprinkler permits and calling for inspections when work is complete.
- Close out month end oversee that invoices created by accounting department are accurate.
- At least 1-year prior experience as an Installation and Service Coordinator or administrator in a similar role is an asset.
- Completion of Grade 12 is required. Higher education is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills are required
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required
- Strong organizational skills to simultaneously manage multiple projects and with good follow-through
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
