**Marketing and Administrative Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Track sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintains databases, and prepares report.
- Implement marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Prepare marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives.
- Plan and organize promotional presentations and update calendar.
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts and product information.
- Research competitive products, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Plan trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
- Manage and update the company’s social media.
- Manage the company’s Health & Safety administrative duties.
