**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of installers to execute cabinetry projects from start to finish.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Install cabinets and related hardware with precision.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety procedures.
- Troubleshoot any installation issues that arise on-site.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet installation or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a team setting.
- Strong understanding of cabinetry materials and installation techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
