Position Scope

The Installation Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful execution of installation projects by ensuring seamless administrative coordination and logistical preparation. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel for on-site coordination when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support and assistance to other coordinators with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
  • Prepare and organize specialized tools, equipment, and consumables required for installation projects, ensuring all necessary materials are available in advance.
  • Monitor and arrange for any missing tools or materials needed at the installation site, coordinating with suppliers or internal teams to prevent delays.
  • Assist in booking and organizing accommodations for installation personnel, ensuring comfortable and efficient lodging arrangements during project assignments.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed to support on-site coordination, communicate with installation teams, and ensure proper execution of tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Abilities

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site coordination when needed.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
