- **Job Summary**:_
- Order Desk Customer Support Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities_
- _Oversee the daily operations of the order processing department and provide guidance and direction to staff_
- _Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis_
- _Coordinate with other departments to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery_
- _Maintain contact with clients by following up on orders_
- _Approve incoming orders_
- _Customer pricing requests_
- _Address and resolve team and customer conflicts_
- _Maintain a professional workspace and workflow_
- _Identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions quickly_
- _Health & safety mindset_
- Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate team members_
- _Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve service_
- _Maintain applicable customer service record_
- Customer Support Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications_
- _2+ years of customer service supervision experience preferred_
- _Proven track record of customer service excellence_
- _Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook_
- _Profit Master experience an asset but not required_
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- _Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills_
- _Effective at delegating tasks _
- _Able to work in a fast-paced environment_
- _Able to multitask and prioritize tasks_
- _Comfortable in both a leadership role and team-player role_
- _Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
