Are you experienced in customer service and farming technology? We're a full-service supplier to fertilizer and propane industries, and we're looking for a **Inside Sales/ Order Desk** to join our growing team.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prepare quotes and assist with order desk operations, including customer calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships and contact assigned customers by phone, maintaining customer contact notes.
- Participate in sales events and training meetings
- Assist with social media, providing ideas, posts and photos for our social pages and e-newsletters.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- 2-4 years’ experience in an agriculture-related role is a strong asset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons, including some weekends.
- Sales experience, including familiarity with sales software.
- **Crop Technology Diploma or Agricultural Machinery Technician Certificate** is an asset.
- **Valid driver’s license** and a clean driving record.
- A strong interest in learning and staying updated with new technology and data solutions.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with a focus on customer needs.
