Administrative Assistant and Customer Service

**Responsibilities**:
- Customer Service:
- Be a champion of the customer service experience; demonstrating exemplary customer interactions, issues management, and one-contact resolution. Actively seek to achieve customer satisfaction in all customer exchanges.
- Facilitate order placements, resends and returns.
- Keep customers informed about order status, shipping details, and any potential delays.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions in the company's system.
- Actively stay up-to-date with new product launches, marketing campaigns and website changes, collaborating closely with the Marketing Lead. This includes promptly communicating and implementing updates to provide customers with accurate and current information.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Lead to improve customer service procedures.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, file management, and document preparation.
- Monitor and track inventory of shipments of convention pallets and new products and provide regular updates to internal teams.
- Optimize administrative processes.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support team goals including warehouse packing during major launches.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in administrative roles.
- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office Suite and basic office software.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, manage and balance a variety of interests and objectives.
- Ability to accept constructive criticism and able to adapt to growing changes.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations, customers and problems.
- Previous Bookkeeping/Quickbooks experience would be an asset.
**Salary**: $39,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
