**Join Our Team: Administrative Support with Bookkeeping Experience**

Now, we’re looking for an **organized, proactive Administrative Support professional with bookkeeping experience** to join us on-site and help keep our team and projects running smoothly.
**What You’ll Do**: As the backbone of our office operations, you’ll support the leadership and project teams with a mix of admin and financial tasks, including:
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files
- Assisting with permits, vendor records, and scheduling
- Supporting our team with document prep, reporting, and checklists
- Helping keep our systems (like JobTread + GSuite) updated and accurate
- Creating and updating SOPs for key office processes
**Bookkeeping Tasks**:
- Recording and reconciling receipts and expenses
- Supporting payroll and invoicing
- Coordinating with our accountant and ensuring records are accurate
- Generating basic reports for internal use
- Keeping a close eye on deadlines and financial follow-ups
**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:
- Has experience in an admin role, ideally in a construction or trades environment
- Is experienced with QuickBooks
- Loves organization and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly
- Is a confident communicator who can represent the team professionally
- Can take initiative and solve problems without needing to be micromanaged
- Is comfortable using cloud-based platforms and learning new systems (JobTread experience is a plus)
