**Job Overview**
Our company is currently seeking an Inventory Controller & Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all inventory items across two locations
- Maintain and monitor inventory servicing records
- Compute and record numerical data related to inventory for billing
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile credit card and expense reports
- Perform bi-weekly payroll
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Perform data entry and administrative duties, including logistics

**Skills**
- Previous experience in inventory control and bookkeeping
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
