**Skills Set Required**:
Customer Service - Friendliness and kind approach to dealing with customers, ensuring that they always come first and that all concerns are addressed in the most respectful manner possible.
Solutions-oriented problem solver who can adjust and adapt.
Detail oriented and High degree of organization - able to keep track record of documents and many moving parts of project documentation, invoices, and expenses.
Experience and understanding about residential home renovations and construction projects.
Communication - Excellent communication with all team members with clear articulation, clarity, active listening, awareness, and solid collaboration in teamwork reviews.
Technology Proficiency - Able to use office software’s such as Microsoft office or google workspace for creating spreadsheets and documents. Familiar with organization methods for tracking expenses.
Collaboration and Teamwork - Support team members to ensure seamless information flow between the office and the field.
Financial Administration - Basic understanding of QuickBooks and principles to assist in financial record keeping.
**Responsibilities**:
This role is for someone with exceptional organization skills and customer service that is looking to challenge and innovate the way things are organized and brought together. You will be a major part in keeping track of documentation along with assisting with creating new company policies. You will be a lead when it comes to ensuring seamless information flows between the office and the field. This role is for someone who wants to constantly improve the work environment around them and has an extreme attention to detail when it comes to organization.
**Requirements of the Position**:
Scheduling - Keeping track of schedules of each employee and trade. Scheduling and organizing team meetings and client meetings.
Payroll - Manage employee hours and pay stubs.
Customer Service - Providing the best support to clients, vendors, and team members.
Document handling - Organize and keep track of invoices, expenses, purchases, budget reports, project estimates, project files, and outstanding work orders.
Spreadsheet and document creating - effectively create organized spreadsheets and documents for keeping track of financial items and spending.
Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement and learning new best practices to enhance organization, filing, policies, and industry standards.
**Qualifications**:
5+ Years of Office Administration Experience.
5+ Years of Excel and Word Experience.
5+ Years of QuickBooks and Bookkeeping Experience.
Extreme organization and detail oriented.
Extreme customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge about Construction and Home Renovations
**Role Requirements**:
Team player, customer service, organization, and all in attitude.
Valid G Driver’s License
Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience in Bookkeeping.
