**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Management**: Collaborate with the Office Administrator to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and recorded.
- **Account Reconciliation**: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, especially in managing multi-currency transactions (CAD and USD).
- **Financial Reporting**: Conduct thorough account analysis and prepare financial reports to support decision-making processes within the company.
- **Software Utilization**: Utilize accounting software, including OBO, DEXT, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks, to manage and maintain financial records efficiently.
- **Budgeting Assistance**: Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities by providing necessary data and insights.
- **Financial Statements**: Support the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure they reflect the company’s financial position accurately.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Accounting Software Proficiency**: Strong proficiency in OBO, DEXT, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and other relevant accounting software.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk, with a solid track record in account reconciliation and analysis, especially in handling multi-currency transactions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work closely with the Office Administrator and other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

**Location**:
This position is based in our Burlington office, with remote work flexibility. Min 1 day in office per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
