- Proficient bookkeeping skills and practices
- Supervisory experience and experience in training new staff

**Skills Required**:
- Thorough understanding of basic bookkeeping
- Superior skills and knowledge of payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Solution oriented, self-directed
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities and able to prioritize work despite constant interruptions
- Supervisory skills an asset
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
**Experience Includes but Not Limited To**
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quickbooks bookkeeping (accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections) and payroll
- Day to day accounting data entry
- Experience with month-end and year-end reporting
- Responsible for completing bank deposits
- Provide administrative support
- Provide training and supervisory to 1 employee
- Other duties as required. Your duties will expand as experience permits and may be altered from time to time.
