- Office assistant duties would include making and answering multi-line phone system and other related assigned office duties.
**Requirements**:
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year experience of QUICKBOOKS ONLINE.
- Proven bookkeeping including payroll experience.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/ receivable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Customer service orientation
- The ability to fluently communicate in English, both in writing and orally is critical to operations.
The position requires a high degree of organizational skills. Applicants must have strong proficiency in QuickBooks online and MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.Wage is commensurate with experience. Job Location:Nisku, AB.
