**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
The OFFICE MANAGER position is responsible for supporting the efforts of all departments in the organization.
**Finance and Bookkeeping Support**
- Purchase Order issuance and reconciliation
- Shipping and Receiving documentation and control
- Inventory Control
- Logistics and Document Tracking as per Health Canada Compliance
**Procurement Coordination**
- Supply chain bid tabs
- Reconciliation of production requirements to inventory control including working with production forecasting team
- Shipping and Receiving for non-cannabis items such as consumables, office inventory, production inventory
**Administrative Support**
- Front office administration
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Other executive support tasks
- Maintaining a positive office experience, and running the day-to-day administrative tasks
**Office and General Administration**
- Lead on government and association grants and funding programs
- Filing important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, and other correspondence
- Acting as gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, clients and customers
- Manage Canadian Banknote Inventory for excise stamps
**Salary**: $61,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
