Office Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounting Support**: Assist the accounting team with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
- **Phone Handling**: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- **Filing and Documentation**: Organize and maintain both digital and physical files, ensuring documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- **Office Support**: Assist with general office duties, including ordering supplies, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet visitors and clients, providing assistance and information as required.
- Marketting
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of marketing principle(Socials, website design, etc.)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
