**What you’ll do**:
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will be the key liaison between CASL’s operations teams and our customers. Daily tasks include handling incoming work orders, entering accurate data, closing and invoicing completed work orders, vendor interaction and management, and working with the customer service team to facilitate and troubleshoot expedite and special requests. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be regularly challenged to support customer needs by working efficiently and effectively with the CASL Customer Service Team.

**Who you’ll work with**:
You will work with and liaise with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Payroll, and Finance departments daily. In this position, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent typing skills with speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Prior experience in Administration and/or Customer Service and comfortable communicating to internal and external parties
- Technical training/post-secondary courses are considered beneficial, but are not required
- Experience in mining, oil & gas, and similar industries are considered beneficial, but are not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams)

**What you’ll do**:
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, and other transactions as required. Daily tasks include data entry, working with CASL's ERP system, and collaborating with the office and shop team. Additional duties may include exposure to additional elements of customer service such as quotations, order entry, and invoicing.

**Who you’ll work with**:
You will work with and liaise with Sales, Production, Technical, and Administrative departments daily. In this position, you will report directly to the Production Manager, TSI Division.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in customer service and/or office administration and comfortable communicating to external parties
- Technical training/post-secondary courses are considered beneficial, but are not required
- Experience in mining, oil & gas, and similar industries are considered beneficial, but are not required
