Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Must be fluent in English. Must have access to a vehicle.
Must prior knowledge of Clio/PClaw/Quickbooks or similar file/accounting software
**Responsibilities**:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly book keeping
- Depositing and recording funds
- Overseeing land development project purchaser deposits and corresponding release of funds
- Preparing cheques, wires, EFTs for out-going funds
- Ordering tax certificates and other off-title search inquiries
- Preparing and sending out reporting letters (client and lenders)
- Preparing and sending out post transactional notice letters
- Opening files
- Assigning files
- Booking appointments
- General office administration
Must have skills:
- Working under pressure
- Self-organization and control of work-flow
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow office procedures
- Advanced communication skills
- Self-starter who can operate with minimum supervision
- Expert knowledge of office computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Calendars, Trello, Google Sheets)
Bonus skills:
- Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
Salary to commensurate with experience.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 17 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
