**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phones and take messages or transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a filing system and keep records of office activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
- Assist with research projects and compile data for reports.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

- French not required

Ability to commute/relocate:
- St. George, ON N0E 1N0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
