St Albert, Canada Respiratory Dynamics Group - Sleep Division Full time

We are looking to recruit an Office/Administrative Assistant to work at our Sleep Division's head office in St. Albert 5 days a week. The role would include greeting patients, answering phones, booking patients in for appointments at our sleep clinics, making reminder calls prior to appointments, as well as faxing documentation and results to clinics. It could also involve some insurance submission processes. Previous experience with an EMR (electronic medical record) is preferred but not necessary. This position is to begin as soon as possible - preferably before July 1, 2025.

Respiratory Dynamics Group's sleep division specializes in sleep apnea therapy and testing. This position will give you the opportunity to work in the heart of downtown St. Albert at our head office.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Computer/general tech savvy (Excel, Word, Adobe)
- Previous experience with electronic medical record
- Ability to priortize tasks of varying importance
- Greater than 1 year experience in similar/comparable position.
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to communicate well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
